اہلِ حدیث اتحاد کونسل نے قومی اسمبلی کی رکن کشمالہ طارق کی قبل اعتراض ویڈیو منظرِ عام پر آنے کے بعد ان کی قومی اسمبلی کی رکنیت ختم کرانے اور آئندہ انتخابات میں حصہ لینے سے روکنے کے لئے ریفرنس دائر کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے ۔ اس فیصلے کا اعلان ہلِ حدیث اتحاد کونسل کے مرکزی جنرل سیکرٹری حافظ خالد شہزاد فاروقی نے دیگر راہنماﺅں مولانا شکیل الر حمن ناصر،علامہ محمد زاہد ہاشمی الازہری ،علامہ مولانا محمد اصغر فاروق ،مولانا عبدالوحید سلفی ،مولانا عبدالقدوس محمدی ،مولانا محمد بشیر سلفی ،مولانا محمد اعظم سلیمان ،مولانا قاری محمد یونس ریحان ،میاں عامر بشیر اور دیگر راہنماﺅں کے ساتھ پریس کانفرنس میں کیا ۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ جنرل پرویز مشرف نے کچھ اخلاق باختہ خواتین کو معزز ایوان کا رکن بنا کر پوری پاکستانی خواتین کی تذلیل کی اور بعد میں پیپلز پارٹی اور مسلم لیگ سمیت دیگر جماعتیں آئین کے آرٹیکل 62/63پر پورا نہ اُترنے والی یہ اخلاق باختہ خواتین دوبارہ اسمبلیوں میں لے آئیں جو مغربی ایجنڈا پورا کرنے کیلئے روشن خیالی کے نام پر مادر پدر آزاد معاشرے کے قیام میں کردار ادا کر رہی ہیں ۔ انٹر نیٹ پر گزشتہ ایک ہفتے سے کشمالہ طارق کی قابلِ اعتراض، اخلاق باختہ اور حیا سوز ویڈیو کے منظر عام آنے پر تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے ان کا کہنا تھا کہ اب بھی قومی اسمبلی کا خاموش رہنا اور الیکشن کمیشن کا اَز خود نوٹس نہ لینا مجرمانہ فعل قابل مذمت ہے ۔کشمالہ طارق کی قابلِ اعتراض سی ڈی کے منظرِ عام پر آنے کے بعد یہ واضح ہو چکاہے کہ عرصہ دراز سے پارلیمنٹ کے اندر اور باہر کشمالہ طارق کے بارے میں پھیلی کہانیاں اور قصے حقیقی تھے ۔اُنہوں نے بتایاکہ اہلِ حدیث اتحاد کونسل کشمالہ طارق کے خلاف کل الیکشن کمیشن میں ریفرنس دائر کرے گی جس کے لئے وکلاءکا پینل تشکیل دے دیا گیا ہے ۔

11am deadline ends, Qadri to reveal future plan shortly
The deadline of 11 am given to the government by Dr Tahir ul Qadri, the leader of Tehrik-e-Minhaj ul Quran, has ended but none of his demands have so far been fulfilled. He is due to announce his future course of action soon, Geo News reported on Tuesday.
Late last night, in a short address to the participants of the long march, Qadri gave the government an 11:00 AM deadlineto dissolve the national and provincial assemblies voluntarily, or else the people would start taking decisions of their own.
Qadri said the mandate, which the so-called erstwhile public representatives seized unlawfully, had expired tonight.
A stage has been arranged for Qadri at D-Chowk infront of the Parliament to announce the future plan for his supporters after the deadline has ended.
On the other hand, Federal Interior Minister, Rahman Malik Tuesday said that the long marchers could stay in Islamabad as long as they wish, but they would not be allowed to enter into the red zone.
Talking to Geo News Rahman Malik said that Tahirul Qadri was our guest and added that the president and prime minister would look into the demand of Tahirul Qadri for the dissolution of federal and provincial governments.
Earlier this morning, police fired tear gas at a growing crowd of protesters who converged on parliament as gunshots were heard and some demonstrators threw stones at security forces near Kulsoom Plaza.
Police sources told that someone from the crowd fired aerial shots after which the police fired tear gas. After the scuffle between police and protesters, the members of the Tehrik e Minhajul Quran secured their leader and surrounded him to protect him.
After the incident, Interior Minister Rehman Malik has instructed police and Rangers to provide security to Tahirul Qadri.
Malik further said that the government is cooperating with Qadri and it does not want any unpleasant happening to occur.
Moreover, the Interior Minister has sought the firing report from the Chief Commissioner Islamabad.

Tahir Ul Qadri Long March
Qadri, with support from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), has planned a “million-man march” calling people from across the country to join in to demand reforms in the electoral system.
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), rain is expected in Islamabad and upper parts of the country from January 11-19. The new rain spell will help clear the heavy fog which is hindering air and motorway traffic in several cities.
Foggy and cold weather conditions are likely to continue over plain areas of Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Larkana and Sukkur division over the next 24 hours.
Snowfall is also expected in the upper parts of the country and Margalla Hills in the next few days. According to a PMD official, the cold weather has broken the record of the past 50 years in certain regions.
The maximum temperature in Potohar region and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) has fallen to 14°C from 18°C.
